RE:RE:EVs if China cut off REEsPip, It all depends on money and how quick the US government wanted the LA plant up and running.
Remember the history of Ford in WW2.  When from a bare field to a B24 bombers roll out the door in 37 days.  If China cut off REEs then Ucore would get super charged along with MP, Lynas and Energy Fuels.  Anybody that can produce REEs or is close to doing it.
