Artis Real Estate Investment Trust is an unincorporated closed-end REIT based in Canada. Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

In addition to my previous post, J Powell's term as Fed Governor expires in January 2028 but his 4 year term as Fed chair expires May 2026. There are 7 members of the Federal Reserve board and J Powell is one of them. 

Christopher Waller would be a candidate that could replace J Powell if Trump gets elected. His term expires Jan 2030.
