We know for fact the Engineer of Record was required to conduct an inspection of the HLP by July 2, 2024, so when was that indepth inspection completed?
Also, if I recall a factor load built in to the engineering back stop equation was 1.5, so does that calculation cover a 100 ton piece of equipment dropping into the top of the HLP?
In speaking with others including a Geosoils Engineer, a loose packed slope of material made up of 10 mm rock would not withstand dropping a 100 ton force at the summit.
It is an undisputed fact that a bulldozer is sitting in the HPL slide aftermath, so what is it doing there?
