As for your assumption that those involved in the last PP are the ones selling at a loss ...give me a break. What crystal ball are you using to prove that?
With the respect deserved you might want to reign in your wild speculations.

* private placements being filled
* physicians being hired
* administrative staff being hired
* doors are still open
I'm not suggesting for one second that this company hasn't demonstrated some (maybe even many) very questionable choices (throwing away millions in covid test kit profits) but at least try to present a little balance.
