Because MPL is a tiny niche player in

the German market and their so called big partner STADA is also a niche player. That is why you never see a big revenue jump for MPL in Germany. Read this from 2019 while sleeze ball Dave makes it sound like they have German nearly all to themselves. He's a POS.
