Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

Thank you, saved me from replying! Wasn't completely certain how to have replied to that in a nice enough manner. As I have noted far too many times, interest rates are but one thing, an important thing, there is however other headwinds that remain. I am expecting a bit choppy overall market environment coming up over the next while. My advice to anyone is to have your list ready, mine is. I've put a hundred to work last month and have another 250 to go but will be very patient and selective from here.

Even and steady as she goes is what I would like to see from Fed. A gradual 25 bips every second meeting (whether or not that starts September or later) suits me just perfect, with Canada cutting two more times this year although for some reason I think they should but won't do more sooner.
