Ummm..............newsflash, they have already commenced cutting cycle last meeting, not sure where you have been hiding. As I have noted to you numerous times, they are still trying to keep a lid on inflation and thus the talk is still going to remain somewhat "hawkish". Better you watch their actions than listen to their rhetoric for now. Expect same from Powel and company and then you get a cut. Listen, learn, apply!
