1) June 2023 we were supposed to be doing quite a few wells we have to date come up dry on one and on the other one it has been a tremendous learning experience for a coo who spend half his time posting on instagram. No
mention of when the next well is and we had to find out from ceo.ca that our partner is selling the field. No mention of what we get .. how they can be selling something that is ours?
2) the ceo has told us in October that we will have a transfromational opportunity. It turns out that what he actually meant was we would no longer be an E&p company rather an epc company. Who is going to look after it and what is the value ? Who has the skill sets and why oh why are we giving 15% of the company to these people?
I am all ears but let's not drink from the coolade and let's get Sara or Henry to take over because Richard is a disgrace and Leung should probably change career to only fans. Granted he gets paid more by snv for also sitting on his behind then any one else would pay him.
I really don't want to argue here but I truly regret not pushing the agenda during agm. Sadly at the time I still had hope. I want this to work for all shareholders not just this joke management that has no accountability!
