In fact, it never goes up. It has been declining for years now and even the insiders don't think its cheap as they are not buying even a single share...the CFO even disposes his RSUs via gift whenever received. The after hours volume you referred to on 30 June was due to the last day before Russel rebalance. That's why you had the volume and after hours allocations. But no impact on share price! No one is buying this...You don't seem to understand much about the company or markets in general. Funny to see you guys still making excuses for this company after such a disastrous performance...
