RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Latest Press ReleaseI live in the Netherlands so I have no idea how these kinds of things are legally arranged in the US.  But it seems to me that this course of action is at the very least reprehensible and perhaps even punishable.  Unless the company files for bankruptcy.  Perhaps Archibald owns the rights to the technology and can just start a new company?

Is there anyone on this forum that has a good relationship with him to get some answers?
