Banyan Gold Corp. is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in the business of exploration and development of mineral property. The Company holds three main projects in the mining friendly Yukon Territory: AurMac Project, Nitra Claims and Hyland Gold Project. The Company’s flagship asset is AurMac Gold Project located in the Mayo Mining District. It has earned a 51% and 75% interest in and has the right to earn a 100% interest in each of the Aurex Property and McQuesten Property subject to certain royalties. The AurMac Project covers over 173 square kilometers (km2). RE:So sorry, dudes, but your guilty by association....Not sure about the .60's given it may in fact fall to .10 by the end of the month should any of the water testing turn up in well water sample test and tests further down stream.... As to Banyan turns out the ugly financing was well timed.  They may ease some of the planned capital spend until the picture becomes more clear. 

They definately will have to look at the feasibity of CIL vs Heap Leach stand alone or combo system.  If a moratorium or ban on heap leach comes to fruition it is highly likely Banyan's deposit is just not economic as a stand alone CIL mill.
