The board is meant to discuss the company. 

You can not handle the facts and must resort to insults instead of being able to discuss the company and its merits because quite honestly they have no merits. 

Just as a recent example , the Halt. You said it was just a formality and halt was caused by the late filings and would start trading again pronto. 

Well ? What now ?  its been 2 full months ! LOL 

Still Not trading. 

Do you question your own narrative ? Nope ... You keep defending a company that isnt worth defending !
