Yeah it looks like it is going to hit Texas at hurricane strength. It seems the shut-in production, when there is some, gives and takes. The price of oil goes down but it's associated products go up temporarily. The storm giveth and the storm taketh away. Hopefully all are safe and nobody gets washed out to sea.
