Victoria Gold Corp VITFF

Victoria Gold Corp. is a gold mining company. The Company’s flagship asset is its 100% owned Dublin Gulch property, which hosts the Eagle, Olive and Raven gold deposits along with numerous targets along the Potato Hills Trend including Nugget, Lynx and Rex Peso. Dublin Gulch is situated in the central Yukon, Canada, approximately 375 kilometers (km) north of the capital city of Whitehorse. The property covers an area of approximately 555 square kilometers and is the site of the Company's Eagle and Olive Gold Deposits. It also holds a suite of other development and exploration properties in the Yukon, including Brewery Creek, Clear Creek, Gold Dome and Grew Creek. The Eagle West target area lies as close as 500 meters northwest of the main Eagle Gold Deposit and hosts the exposures of the granodiorite. The Raven target is located at the contact zone at the extreme southeastern portion of the Nugget Stock. The Brewery Creek Project is a past producing heap leach gold mining operation.

RE:RE:Silver lining? Only approx 2% haz material left containment100% crazy.  If the liner is damaged, that would be a much bigger issue.

I assume this slide has demonstrated that the embankment needs to be much higher, but better now than after phase 2 and 3 is developed, as a slide of this magnatude X3 could have been catastrophic.

Not sure if this is even possible, but if there was a chance of adding height and reinforcement to the embankment whether that is reinforced concrete or blocks, could the overhang then be released down the slope after volume calculations are undertaken by the engineers?

Solves two issues as material is saved in the HLP for leaching, and the safety of those onsite is protected.

It appears all the infrastructure to pour gold is still intact, so if the sumps and liner is not comprimised, not sure why it would take that long to start pouring gold after the environmental issuesare dealt with.

Stacking operations would have to be put on hold for a while, but they could commence gold production with the leached ore already in the basin which would bring in much needed cash flow.

Lets not forget, VG built that huge mountain of ore through years of stacking, so surely it could be done again with the education learned through this slide.

Maybe less slope, but who knows....

Dare to dream ..........
