RE:Recent Boardwalk 4EIT Acquisitions & other infoEssentially Boardwalk REIT reports about a 10% increase in occupied rents from May 2024 from the same month a year earlier; the REIT bought two medium-sized aapartment blocs plus a very small walk up. BMO analysts say these developments will increase company cash flow.
