Tier 1 Asset Highly Probable

Tier 1 Asset Highly Probable

It is noteworthy that the alteration system and gold-in-soil anomaly at Butia extends for more than three kilometres in a southeast-northwest direction, and for greater than two kilometres to the north toward the Galvao and Zeca Souza discoveries.

So far, in linear distance just over 400 meters within this 4.5 km of over half dozen discoveries has been intensively drilled at FDP and Butia.

All discoveries remain open at strike ( linear ) and depth.

I assume that these are discrete discoveries that are not phisically connected , that current depths will be not extended and that 50% of the 5 km of strike remains barren of gold.

I assume 1.5 m ounces for FDP and Butia combined.

The above assumptions mean that 2.5 km ( 50% of 5 km ) will be mineralized at economic grades consistent with current resource estimates.

That means about 6 times the currently presumed resource level of FDP and Butia will be drill defined once the northern 5 discoveries are fully drilled.

Thats 9 million ounces estimated, imo ,  very conservatively within these 7 discoveries .

Tier 1 is 5 million ounces which meets Seniors elite takeover targets.

Very coarse but an exhaustive read of the discoveries todate keep showing that this very large soil anomaly already containing 7 early promising discoveries has excellent chances of meeting a Tier 1 Resource.
