"I suspect Dream Office likely raises aorund $500 million (before fees etc) for the sale of their 3 buildings that we know about. Factor in they own 4.8% of Dream Industrial and that can cover over half their current debt. Not sure what the short thesis is here. If Cooper pulls off any sales and I believe he will based on his prior comments, the shorts stuck are going to get an eye popping blowout from their faulty positioning. Almost no liquidity in this REIT. Saw nearly $1 bid-ask spreads at open the other day"

I think our boy estavan may be a nice contrarian- do the opposite of what he thinks, in fact, he got it right one time last summer when he joked about selling reits and buying the magnificant 7! hahahaha!
