Trust...I would like to first point out that I'm not angry. I'll admit, I was for a long time. After all if an investor in your company tried squeezing you financially because they were well heeled and you weren't and you had to sell assets and couch surf for a couple of years, I suspect you would be angry too.
HOWEVER...
In a recent dialogue with a moderator on Reddit they wrote: "...Regarding yoru aspirations to lead the company, this is where my support ends. Trust, much like glass, once shattered, cannot be fully restored. Many investors I've spoken with share this sentiment of mistrust."
Who created that mistrust? Certainly not me. My actions as both the CEO of this company and the CEO of a highly regulated company have been unimpeachable.
- Lifeist has been sued for Fraud and lost millions of $$.
- Lifeist has failed with almost everything Meni has touched.
- Lifeist used FIVE different lawfirms in their suit against my company and me. I am not a lawyer but defended it myself. it's gone nowhere because they have nothing.
- My company successfully got edibles into every province in Canada that were allowed to sell them.
- The product they turned away was sold and well received.
- I have continued to grow my company in spite of having no money and people calling me names and badmouthing me on forums.
- Everything I have said or written is true and can be substantiated with documentation.
- I have been out front and public about everything. Where has Meni been hiding for the past couple of years????
I can confidently say that there is absolutely NOTHING I have done to cause people to distrust me. In fact my whole company is about transparency. If you read the bio on my website you'll know where I stand with respect to honesty and transparency. In fact my honesty is why many people don't like me.
