Of the remaining, $460M isower of the $460M.or 95% of remaining. That is taken out too. We are left with $40M. Of that $30M goes to the company. Of all of that is paid to shareholders, that is 30 cents per share.
But if the settlement is below $500M/$550M (depends on how much is owed to the notes etc), then shareholders might not see anything.
