It doesn't matter who wins, their first act will be in no way shape or form to go and step on the decisions made be individuals states.
IMHO the feds are playing catch up right now and need to accommodate these states by progressing legalization federally.

Trump likes to reverse decisions especially those made by democrats, he likes to be the bigshot with autocratic tendencies. he already has the supreme court in his pocket, if he wins the house and senate he can do whatever the hell he wants roe v wade was just the tip of the iceberg, many think he will try to pull out of nato, of course pulling out of the paris climate accord is a sure think. the religous groups will have a lot of power in trumps white house, that means the recent marijuana reform laws will likely be on the chopping block, and legalization well you can forget about that.
