I certainly dont know why a company would buy blade optics for 45 million $ if the tech was not commercially viable. They bought it in 2017 and as of today have no sales. 

All i know is what is available for all to see. 

I never said they are closing the doors. 

My opinion is if they are unabel to raise funds then yes they will be unable to continue operations. 

If they are able to raise funds this will be bad as it will cause Dillution ( again .) 

You claim NXO is a Great company with a Great future. 

I claim they are a failure. 

We are both entitled to our opinions.
