Shareholders approver GMIN's Acquisition of RGD

Shareholders of both G Mining and Reunion approved the transaction today.

Dundee's investment in Reunion is currently worth $132M, well over its current market cap. This will become primarily shares of G Mining plus a spinco that will hold some exploration properties near Oko West.

Seems like a smart transaction for Dundee, Reunion and G Mining.
