Having 1 major company set a wage standard is better(in my opinion) than people outbidding each other. I expect that western will lose the liability of being spread thin by having to manage the tenure as well as the mills. They will have a secure supply from still holding the woodlot license and having 1st purchase right with the native agreements in place. In 3 to 5 years we'll see cyclical growth back to the 70 ish million a year and then hopefully our commodity will also match inflation as it is one of the only to remain under after the covid price explosions.
