RE:Opinion

RE:Opinion

Montney is kinda a catch 22 for some of these executives.
It is nice for these companies to brag on per well results but it also means increasing western Canada ng supply is not going to be easy.

It would be helpful for aeco in medium term if more of the mid sized montney players merged so the pace of development could be controlled better.

Take a company like kelt, if nobody takes them out, kelt can have quite crazy growth at high aeco prices. Others plus central Alberta has some good ng drilling locations.

4 dollar aeco would stimulate a crazy amount of supply.

It wasn't great pipestone went to strathcona as new player with financial muscle to increase production hard if better aeco.

i don't think be much mergers because every company has ooddles of drilling locations cause of so many zones in the montney that can be economic.

It will slow drilling location exhaustion if have 3-6 zones to tap into,

All a company needs is 2 rigs drilling in montney and if ng was every higher...can hit 100k on those 2 rigs if can afford to run them.
