This segment includes its wholesale business, which buys and sells local telephone, long-distance, data, and other services from or to resellers and other carriers.

If you got this from IA we are all good...

most of the people here are in the red big time...
so dividend is the only reason why they are staying for now.

change the mgmnt, present a new strategic plan to investor...
just taking the money from cell phone with this stupid price war is definitely not the best approach.

Competition at all costs is no good.
