Each such unit also has 5,000 share warrants at 20 cents over some 30 months. 8% interest and then if things go fantastic, right to 10,000,000 shares at 20 cents. Equity will be there...if it is worth having.
This is a sole subscriber and being thanked for their "continued support" implies they are well known to the company. Makes you wonder what's up with the commission of $160,000 and 800,000 warrants. Doesn't sound to me like there had been much of an effort to fill this subscription to one known individual.
Just don't know why this best technology in the world is so hard to sell. How many hundreds of sales reps from various partners gave this a shot to generate a few million in sales over the last few years combined?
