RE:Can someone explain the rationale for the RSD transaction?

RE:Can someone explain the rationale for the RSD transaction?Could be as easy as management is 100% convinced a major will take out their neighbor's higher grade deposit AND at the same time take out Gmin for a higher price. Makes sense to consolidate the whole district and everyon knows G2 will be taken out when they have drilled a bit more. If Gmin owns something that the acquirer wants, they will benefit too. The mine will most likely start with the ultra high grade that is on G2's side of the fence. Gmin's deposit fits right in there, imho. i can be very wrong of course, but seems logical to me.
