RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Quipt is between a rock and a hard place ..IMOOne can be honest but these things can stretch back many years.  For instance, AHCO settled in 2023 for infractions from 2013-2016 period at a subsidiary.  That's part of what makes it unpredictable.
