I would also say with the labour shortages no one works for minimum wage compared to say 30 years ago. I worked plenty of minimum wage jobs 30 years ago and the policy was shut up and if you don't like it there's the door. Not true today
I have to think wages are cheaper in savannah Georgia than Toronto and Montreal but I have no idea
