First of all, what "benefits" does being the shareholder of a failing company entail?  I don't see losing my investment as a benefit at all, and that's all that everyone has done for the past 4 years.

Maybe you could provide some context to that statement?  I'm willing to listen.

Second,  I would be happy to discuss opportunities to move forward with a profitable business relationship.  After all business is about makng profit.  As shareholders you need to first cut the cancer out of your company.  I am happy to help, but I need the majority of shareholders behind me.  Otherwise this direction is moot.
