Ronald W. Miller, Chair of the Company:

Ronald W. Miller, Chair of the Company:Lets take a closer look at this NoShowRonnie guy that proph touts as the next messiah.

Well one has to wonder why he left Roche if things were so good. He did not leave but was pushed and rather hard. if he was anything to Roche he would have been retained with a retainer so Roche could rely on his valued expertise and networking ability, heel, even gagnon paid himself almost a $1,000,000US consultaing fee when he resigned as CEO of Aezs and replaced by Ms. puppet Carolyn. NoShowronnie, nothing, zilch except the door.

Once NoShowRonnie his firend gagnon put him on at Czo, and it took NoShowRonnie only only a year plus before he was motivated to update his Professional Profile. By the way I doubt he has updated his page since.

We hear about how valued NoShowRonnie is and respected in the pharma industry. So valued that for over a year he was unable to generate any interest in Ceapro except with his now close friend, gagnon, and somehow this scam merger was the only option.

How did NoShowRonnie get his name, well as evident by his name he does not bother to attend meetings etc and prefers to work at either his home in LaBelle Province or at his vacation home. He was so busy at his vacation home down south that he had his personal assist sign the proxy document, just could not even be bothered with that one.

Lets look at what NoShowRonnie and his close charlatan friend, gagnon have brought us, well it certainly is NOT SHAREHOLDER VALUE. The imaginary pipeline that pops up every time there is vote is but never delivers. Look at PGX scale up, now 7 months later han propmised and still nothing and so one. NOT  thing has been delivered from their once a year pipeline.

What NoShowRonnie along with friend, gagnon has brought is decreased sharehlder value, a company that had potential and is no longer and a stock price that has maintained 1 steady direction and that is a black diamond free fall.

His exit from Roche was his choice, his connnections have run away from him but he and his friend continue to make millions while Shareholders loose all the while he sits at home laughing at us all, keep the gravy training coming.
