It has a 1% net smelter royalty covering 78 hectares of land positioned in a former silver mining district, located south of the Eldorado mining district at Great Bear Lake.

If RG has to have receipts to get money I would assume he is spending ... but where is the or who is providing the interm financing? Probably the people who have the most to gain ?
