The facts ? You dont want to hear the facts ! 

No Revenue 

No Sales contracts 

No money in the bank 

A history of NXO failure and not delivering to shareholders 

No Communication / Poor communication From management in the past

A high interest rate Market which makes raising capital very challenging. 

- We are all speculating while we wait in total darkness since the Company is giving shareholders 0 information - I provided my opinion which I admit is my opinion and only my opinion.
