Highly unlikely a go private would occur prior to elimination of the converts. Those are likely to stay in place until maturity October 2026, so we have little to fear for 2.5 years or so. And to win the vote from us, the take out price would have to be a prermium to the then VWAP. But I would prefer steady growth for the next decade if that is possible. There will be ups and downs between now and whenever that is regardless.
