The document is little out-dated (ie.2017) so, we don't know if they are still following the same path to market, if the deal are still in effect or not, etc...especially after the world went through Covid but it shows that OMNI had an 'outside of the USA' back in 2017.
As you said, let's hope for Mr. Edwards to shed some light on this licensing agreement in the coming weeks.
