RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Q2/24I read that the family dont want to go to US, I also read its simply because they own the cie and US dont like this kind of compagny, impossible to make a takeover ( The A belong to the family and 1 share of A = 10 votes vs 1 share of B = 1 vote. ). That way they control the cie even if you buy all the B. And ( I read) they will never sell those B to avoid loosing control. Maybe the new generation will accept to sell the B shares? but its seem its not for tomorrow. But, I dont know what is the true reason why BBD is not on US. Never been able to find the truth. Ty for any info
