I do remember Blizzy, 9Islucky, Frosch, and Hubbie all eating up that pie-in-the-sky valuation.
Apparently none of them ever owned a house, let alone had anything to do with building a new one.

A really nice lot in a prime area of Flagstaff might command that price tag, but Tehachapi ain't no Flagstaff.

No knowledgeable investor gave that news release a second thought. JMO
