Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. lol.  Why even read the drivel.

I have been buying REITS, the way I was buying quality Canadian oil and gas post Covid (CVE, SU, and CNQ).  The baby has gotten thrown out with the bath water.  Great names like Granite, HR are trading at multi year low multiples.  I think Artis will do even better.  

Slate office is on life support.  Look for insider buying and you might hit a home run with an activist investor. The debentures may recover, or do well in restructuring.  Good for a flutter, don't bet the farm.
