damage??

damage??1. spill happened because a section  of the overspill was run over or fell because of constructive problems. could be design, could be material, could be whatever, so the experts need to come and clarify what it was and what is the first remedy. should not be nothing terrible, it is just a section of the whole structure, critical, but a section in one function

2.spill threw 2mm tons of 4 mm and 80 mm of thefull capacity at a day when only 40mm tons had been accumulated at current processing levels. it is again a section of the section of the section. Expertes should clarify if they can be recovered beyond the needed cleaning to comply with norms and sense.

3. spill puts everything on halt, so financial flows will need to adjust. Executives need to clarify options and periods for managing an expected crisis period.

4.spill puts a test on CEO, management and sponsors. They all need to be clear, communicative, sincere, honest, addressing everything with a task force and relation with regional officers so that the mitigation begins by having people with assertive commitment. Remedies are demanding and acting upon them is a test on character. This is a one mine one plant company, so they have noteing but focus of their case.

if they go over this agenda with character, decisiveness, technically and politically sensitive manners, the company has the future the resource and shareholders deserve.
