when rates fall, dream office has tons of residential development opportunities (around ~3 million square feet or so) that will be another massive catalyst.
then we own 5.4% of DIR.UN which is going to rip hard when reit's move, so it's better if office stays laggard until then as we can sell our DIR units and buyback more D.UN for a second round.
if it's going enuf for cooper at $21 where he added around $4 million and Sam Manji to take his ownerhip up to at least 25%, it's good enuf for me.
toronto office market is reocovering - the bottom is in. very few assets available in d/t that will create scarcity in the coming few years and heads will once again spin...
