RE:RE:Very Impressive Execution by CEO, Luisa Moreno, Ph.D.1student:
I can not give a specific answer to your questions. I am not "intimately" familiar with Quebec permitting. I live outside of Canada. However, I will answer with general thoughts.
The LAB property was part of the TIMCAL/Imerys claims until lapsing in late 2014. Note: My understanding Hugues Jacquemin, CEO Northern Graphite, was with Imerys at this time (Nov. 2014). There is a past producing pit. Since this has been mined previously, the permitting and subsequent production could be as short as six months according to knowledgeable individuals. This is "assuming" Graphano and Northern "combine" operations in some manner. IMO, thus far, the CEO at Northern has not demonstrated his ability to effectively leverage the assets he currently has. Therefore, at this point, IMO, the outcome would not be favorable for Graphano unless things change at Northern. Simply no utility for Graphano.
Regarding the Standard property, it also has a past producing pit a "stones throw" from a paved highway. However, Standard is approximately 30 km from LAB. Under current economic conditions, it would be hard to truck ore 5-10 km away.
Standard has great potential. Impressive drill results. Additional claims being currently explored, which I failed to mention in the previous post (see NR 10 June 2024). If the new claims currently being explored eventually demonstrate graphite potential similar to earlier work at Standard, it appears there would be too much tonnage to truck ore 30-40+ km to LAB. IMO, too early to speculate what might happen at Standard. RIGHT NOW, Standard has a lot of graphite! Simply screaming potential for this area. Other graphite in close proximity!
All of the above information is public knowledge. I have no special insight. I am a commoner working remotely (i.e., researching and investing/other) with a laptop computer, paper and graphite pencil, and on a good day with a few functioning brain cells. Having made these statements, it should be obvious readers do their own DD.
Best to you/all in your investment decisions.
