"we have signed an agreement with Pyrogenesis to purchase torches from them, but we don't have theirs yet. We plan to order a bunch later this year after we complete some more engineering work on both sides. We're using torches from a few other suppliers at the moment.

Or remain in complete denial.

This company "of Peter's" doesn't deliver on its contracts.

It doesn't collect on them either .

The biggest contract of them all is now officially 3 years in arrears.
