IDEA...?

IDEA...?NORTH AMERICAN GRAPHITE ALLIANCE

Should Northern pull away from, NAGA ?
Create a Quebec Graphite Alliance ?
Whereas, Quebec builds several divisions of, graphite, carbon tech ?

Why wait around for JV's with USA when the 25% tarriffs affords US another
2 yrs to buy / stockpile Chinese grsphite / synethetic.  ( not natural )

Companies in NAGA
Anovion Tech - USA  synthetic = competition to natural
NOVONIX       - USA funded by, Musk located in, Canada Halifax
Epsilon           - India (Euro countries ) graphite competitor
Advanced     -  USA  https://www.amtcomposites.co.za/about-us/
                      - USA  https://www.amt-america.com/
Northern        - Quebec with CEO
Nouveau        -  Quebec ( but search out meaning of name ) then institu Nouveau Monde

NAGA’s members are American producers Anovion Technologies, Epsilon Advanced Materials, and NOVONIX, as well as Canadian producers Northern Graphite and Nouveau Monde Graphite

Northern - CEO
From September 2018 to April 2020 Hugues was the CEO for the Americas for OCSIAL a leader in the Carbon Nanotube industry.

From February 2021, he acted as an independent expert for NINE58 Advisors, an arm’s length investment advisory firm based in the United Kingdom which advised Northern on the acquisitions of the Lac des Iles and Namibian Graphite mines from Imerys.Hugues is a Belgian citizen and fluent in English, French, Spanish and Italian.

OCSIAL - carbon, synthesis tech ( petcoke oils )
would this not be competition to.... natural graphite ...?

Quebec needs it's own Graphite Alliance.
Graphite Tech Hub

#1 - distinguish the differrnce between
synthetic carbon  vs  natural graphite ( carbon family + metalloids ) more punch
carbon black                solar, nuclear shield, nuclear batteries,, graphene, hybrid chips
    inferrior graphene
    needs silica
    costly 3000 deg heat
    carbon emissions

Why write this post ?
Northern appears proactive yet... NAGA has competitor synthetic companies which
makes no sense seeing Northern apart of such an alliance.

Would make more sense if Northern formed a natural graphite alliance with
other Quebec juniors. Why support an alliance that supports synthetics which
are essentially competitors to natural and who create CO2.... right ?

Why wait around 2 more years for US to stockpile synthetic carbon from China ?
A chess game that controls Quebec ( natural graphite )
While US acts the savior still making JV's that are hmmm, not that favorsble such
as LMR's jv forces junior to match DoD funding = dilution.

Complaining about US 25% tarriffs, is not the right approach.
Veering away from NAGA
Forming new Natural graphite tech alliance in, Quebec
= Solution that sets natural graphite on right path

Cheers....
