Don't get me wrong, I want to see SC3 become reality too. All I am pointing out is that we have all been waiting for promised action from democratic politicians in the House and Senate for a very long time and to this point all they have delivered is lip service. Is it that unreasonable to be a little sceptical at this point? Along with Cura I own several smaller cap MSO's that would be helped immensely by the elimination of 280E.
