RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:DISTRIBUTION WATERFALLPersonally, I like this idea.  Buyer comes in with $1 billion of which $700M goes to settle the claim and pay out the CVR holders and $300M goes to shareholders.  Everyone wins: Colombia doesnt have to pay the claim, the CVR holders get paid, the shareholders get paid, and the buyer gets approval to mine gold worth a lot more.
