$5.55 Buyout?..that would be about right based on current price....don't expect more than a 30-40% premium to market.
Anybody who tries to tell you that it would be more than that, is living in lala land,especially for a Company in their late development stage,who doesn't expect Revenue for another 2-3 years....lol
