Has anyone found such Letter of Transmittal in SEDAR?

On a call at 22:10 to TD Waterhouse, the reply is that they have had no notice of any corporate action, or any such news release as referred to for any or among AR, AGI or FCGI (trading as FCGV) and were unable to explain when such rearrangement may take place for any holdings in TDW accounts, nor what will occur during the trading day of 16 July 2024.
