Abcourt being sold at a discount with no share holders aprov

Abcourt is being sold at a discount by issuing PP shares and warrants

Abcourt had +- 350m shares at .08 to .10c dec 2022 before the merger with Pershimex

in mai 2023 .(18.5% of Abcourt) (79294373 shares) added.

New PP done on 13 june 2023 for proceed of $3.0m at 0.055 ( 54545454 shares)

new PP done on 31 august 2023 for proceed of $2.5m at 0.04 ( 64503750 shares)

new PP done on 12 march 2024 for proceed of $4.4m at 0.05 ( 88434446 shares)

and now on 16 july 2024 a new PP annonced for $4.5m at 0.04 (112500000 shares)

if all added up (79m,54.5m,64.5m ,88m ,112m ) = 398m new shares added.

And on top of that add (54.5 +64.5+ 88m +112m) =319m warrantsthat could be added at 0.05 or 0.06c.

What the results could be is 350m shares at beginning of 2023 and potention 398m +319m wt

= 1,067m potential shares .

Original share holders will represent 32% of ABCOURT .

On 1 jan 2023 Abcourt had Elder in production , Sleeping Giant

mill was operationnal and Abcourt was extracting mineral from SG.

What do we have today ( Pershimex that hasn't proven anything)

A mill that took 4 months to process 5000t from Pershimex.

And now a few persons trying to extract mineral from SG(just like before).

And now 3 persons from Pershimex on the direction.

Don't take all the numbers for granted .There could have been a few

mistakes in calculation but you should see the general direction of the co.
I tried to contact Dany Robert with no success.

Fernand
