RE:RE:RE:Non-stop bidsLet's not forget also that 40 year high inflation followed by the fastest rate tightening cycle in decades and the fear of a hard landing helped to crush debt heavy equities like the REIT sector and Chorus. The hard landing never materialized and now we are looking at a possible rate cut cycle here in Canada and the US which will take the pressure of these debt heavy corps. In fact, yesterday Powell indicated that the FED will not wait for 2% before they start cutting. Translation... cuts are coming sooner than we think.
