RE:PredictionVery bold (and unlikely) prediction. There have been no new open pit mining permits issued for years now. There is also no indication that this will change. The policy is that already opearting open pits are allowed to continue to operate, while no new permits will be issued.
Thats why the price is hovering around 1 usd despite silver being at 31 usd. If the permit was likely we would be closer to 3 cad.
